OUR PROCESS

CONSULTATION

We start off with a consultation meeting in which our dedicated project managers listens and learns client’s goals and expectations for the project. By learning a client’s industry, competitors, and their brand inside and out, our project managers are able to make proper suggestions about the design and development of their custom solution. We then establish a time-table by which the project will be completed.

PROTOTYPING

Following consultation, we start working on the design. We create mock-ups and wireframes that allow our clients to navigate through all aspects of the user interface, user experience, and functionality. Clients are able to get the full experience before the coding begins.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our team has adopted Scrum managment framework which allows us to understand all the aspects of a project and to be sure that the desired solution is delivered to a satisfied client. Additionally, using this framework you will be able to see project progress on a regular basis delivering product increment.

DEVELOPMENT

We employ an agile software development to offer flexibility that is necessary in the digital marketplace while incorporating the latest technologies to ensure clients’ objectives are met efficiently.

TESTING

All projects go through a continuous quality assurance testing which includes both manual and software based testing tools. This combined approach ensures both usability and code quality for clients’ web and mobile projects. We check each project for compatibility so they are optimized to perform on any screen.

DEPLOYMENT

When a client’s solution has gone through all the steps of our process and is ready to go live, we provide the support and marketing to increase online visibility.
